Pascoe Workforce Solutions interview questions

I submitted my resume online, was called by a recruiter a day or two later, and was asked to come into their office for a face-to-face interview. I met with two individuals (one-on-one) and they asked me to complete a project analyzing their current web presence and make suggestions on how to improve. After submitting my presentation, I was called in for another face-to-face interview where I met with the same two recruiters and Brian, the company president. We discussed my findings and talked about my expectations as well as the company needs. I was extended a job offer within 24 hours. The entire process from submitting my resume to being extended a job offer was about 1.5 weeks. Please note that this was for an internal job, and not for a client placement.
