I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PathFactory in Feb 2024
Interview
Had an excellent interview process with this company. They were very clear throughout the entire process in terms of what the overall timeline would be like, what each next step would be, who I'd be speaking to and more.
I also was told at the end of each step (except for the last when they have to get back together internally to discuss) that I'd be moving forward.
Their HR team was very professional and friendly in terms of being available for questions, accommodating to your personal schedule and responded extremely quickly at all times.
With everyone I spoke to amongst this process, it was clear that they were really looking for individuals that would grow within the company. They took into account your own career goals and was honest with what the internal path looks like. There was no shortage of contributors within PathFactory who had successfully worked their way up and during the process you got to speak with many of them to ask your own questions.

Where do you see your career growth over the next few years?

Interview
Both Interviewers felt underwhelming in the sense of knowledge for sales and their own SaasS product.
1st red flag is the female interviewer doesn't have basic product knowledge.
2nd red flag is the male interviewer is infamous for being "unbookable" in mock calls. Why not have someone else do the mock call who is "bookable"?"
