I liked the interview process .I had been told to write 5 programs on C/Data structures.and i did .Had a F2F with one of the cofounder Vinay who was very good in person and also technically.He told i had potential and got through this round.they also arranged for lunch.Then i had a shocking HR interview .the HR and I could not negotiate on CTC as i could have almost 0% hike on my present CTC .Besides she kept reminding me that i am not IITian .so what? .

i got a call from naukri for Bangalore based pathpartner office.they waited me for almost 1 hour before the interview starts.They will ask only specific questions related to the current project requirements.
