A 1:1 with the COO and then a second interview with the COO & CEO.
I had a great conversation with both and talked about responsibilities and roles. I had to write my own Job discription based on the meetings.

Question 1
Was more of a discussion than an interview. Personal but also centered around skillset and personality. Culture is important here so they want to find the best fit.
