Patrick Henry Family Services interview questions

Thanks so much for your time applying and interviewing with us and for providing feedback on the process. It's always our goal to provide an enriching experience to job seekers, regardless of the outcome - we believe job interviews are two-way streets! Our interview process is thorough and often (though not always) involves two rounds. Our Family Care team does request a writing sample (limited to a paragraph or two) intended to evaluate assessment and communication skills for client-facing roles. I understand how that can be frustrating, but we want both parties to have the opportunity to make a fully informed decision. To your point, ending up in a job that isn't the right fit serves no one. I will follow up with the team on the "we are a family" comment. It is important to us that staff have and exercise the freedom to set healthy work/life boundaries.
