I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pattern (Lehi, UT) in Mar 2019
Interview
Started with an in-office interview with the hiring manager, a director and a team member. Typical interview questions were asked about my resume and previous experiences. At the end, they all mentioned that they were very happy with the interview and wanted to send me to the next step of the interview process. The next step was a test, where I would analyze some excel data and send them back the results I found. They sent me over 14 questions to be answered and an overall report summarizing sales by brand. The raw data contained over 60,000 rows of data and 15 data points per row. Overall it took me around 4 hours to complete. I sent back and they went radio silent. No response until I followed up 3 times total, to which the response was: "There were errors on the test, we will not be considering you for the position." I sent my findings to an excel expert to double-check my work and they found no issues with it. I am confident that they were not looking for someone to fill the position and used my work to their advantage.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Pattern in Mar 2025
Interview
The process is too long it takes around 8-12 weeks so hang in there. The HR will always tell you the truth. The reference check round is the difficult one as you have to give 3-4 professional reference and they will cross check with them about you. And lastly the interview was smooth just took a bit longer
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Pattern in Jun 2021
Interview
My interview consisted of 4 separate interviews, all of which were virtual. One quick walk-through of my resume and experience, and 3 with potential managers. Each interview was different from the next, though I shared similar experience in each of them. They were well structured and easy-going for the most part.
