a 10 minute talk with the manager on who I am and my expereicne, and how i would deal with customers and approach them and how much time ive spent around a certain type of customer
I arrived and the manager come with me to the storeroom. It was 15 minutes of interview. Before the questions, she explained me how they work and what would be my job.

Interview
I applied In Store and received a call from them the next day to come for an interview. The manager took the interview and only asked me questions relevant to my previous job duties. However, she only considered my previous fashion experience and not the current job I left. I was instantly offered to come for a one hour trial again. During the trial session, the manager judged my ability to interact with customers and the ability to approach them. A week later, I was offered the job.
