Interview process is quite simple and smart. Usually it starts with testing concepts and programming skills. They dig deeper into string manipulations, logical reasoning, puzzles, test cases on any software or hardware (to check out of the box approach) and SQL

Q: Code for webpage using selenium webdriver ( if it's in your resume, they will ask thoroughly)
