Interview
The interview process was very organized and fast. Within a week I completed the 3 stages and got an offer. They were very honest and professional! -First round was a coffee chat where they explained the role and answered any questions. -Second round was a home case study. -Third and last round was a chat with one of the Founders where we had a chance to meet each other and explained the values of the company. This round was more “personal” as they wanted to know how I was as a person, not a worker.

En menos de 1 semana hice 3 rondas de entrevistas, la primera para conocerte y la última más complicada y centrada en conocimientos específicos. Empiezan con preguntas generales y al pasar de ronda se centran en preguntas más concretas y relacionadas al posible puesto de trabajo a cubrir

Preguntaron inicialmente acerca de tu persona, estudios e incluso aficiones. Te preguntan sobre experiencias concretas en las que hayas superado algún tipo de dificultad, ya sea laboral o en tu vida a diario.
Finalmente también te piden varias preguntas cortas y algún caso práctico para ver tu forma de afrontarlo.
