The interviewer took into account my experience and the interview was entirely about the skill sets I possess. The interviewer tried to understand my problem-solving skills and my approach towards any problem. The questions were ranging from core concepts to the very advanced concepts of the technologies I have used.

I would say that interview process was really smooth and even in the pandemic season the hiring team managed to complete the whole process in 3-4 days with proper response and timely updates all thanks to KRANTHI POSA. He was proactive in response and helped me a lot for the interview.
The interview started with the first technical round with basic and core concept questions. The interviewer asked me to write two programs that were easy-medium in level and focused on your carch towards data structures after this he asked me a few basic sql questions.
The next round again was a technical round and focused more on system design and dynamic programming,dbms and core programming skills. It was because of Kranthi i was able to crack the interview as being a fresher he considered it and scheduled the interview by giving me sufficient time to prepare and the interview was scheduled with a 2 days gap. The interviewer was also very supportive and it felt more of a team discussion rather than an interview.
The final round was an HR round and here also the interviewer was supportive enough and discussed about my interests why i want to join the company and also elaborated me the working, technologies used what i need to focus on and over all helped me.

I applied for the role in Hyderabad through an employee referral. The recruiting Team called me the next day for scheduling the first round.
All rounds were done on the Microsoft Teams, each round lasted for 1hr - 1hr15min.
During this Covid Situations, the recruitment team was able to wrap up the interview process in 4 days, wherein in other cases, it's taking weeks to months.

The technical round details are mentioned below section. Overall, I am very happy with the interview process because it's the fastest and smoothest I have experienced so far. All the interviewers were so calm and polite and the recruiting team was very fast.

The first round consisted of 2 problems solving questions. (Logical ones. Don't need to know standard algorithms for finding the soln)
The second round had an LRU Cache Design Question and Instagram newsfeed system design question.
The Third was with the hiring manager about the previous rounds feedback, previous company experience, challenges faced, the reason for Job and other related questions.

The recruiting Team (Kranthi) called me for scheduling the first round. The entire interview process was done virtually using Microsoft Teams and each round was held for 45-60 minutes.
I am very happy with their fast and seamless interview process. Even at this pandemic where every other company is taking weeks if not months to just follow-up with the application, the recruiting team of Paysafe managed to complete the entire process within just 3 days.

The third was with the hiring manager about the previous rounds feedback, previous company work experience, challenges faced, the reason for the job change and other related questions.
After clearing third round, there was a discussion with HR - Recruitment team about the company, work culture, hobbies and interests, day-to-day life in Paysafe etc.
