Interview went well and as a further process HR asked to share the documents and payslip and given a date when they will be releasing the offer. Since that time , 3 weeks later also there was no updates on it. Each time HR says new story and telling my pay is high . I am not getting why they called for the process if my pay scale is high. HR is very arrogant and asked me to be cooperative after 3 weeks of interview and no update.After 3 weeks , she started talking about a very unexpected pay scale and she said , sometime it takes 2 months to release an offer and it is very common.Not sure what to tell after such statement. She came up with a very unexpected pay scale which is no way near to my expectation & for these numbers she kept me waiting for almost a month !! I will never ever apply to Paytm .
