Hi, your interview process might have took just 1 round to get through PcsInfinity back in 2017, but you must have got selected because of your domain skills and domain expertise so giving such kind of statements doesn't make a sense at all. Talking about the people who left the organization, were quite qualified, experienced and very well-groomed. One must know, that a startup company have limited benefits to offer and also we cannot deny with the fact that people always look for better opportunities and career growth, they got it and they left. People who came here afterwards are also performing well. Also, we are bringing in lot of implementations to improve the process and communication flow.
