Peace First interview questions

I received a referral and landed a first interview, which was a half hour with the head of People. The interview extended close to an hour in order to answer my questions about Programs and the team, making me feel very welcomed and engaged. The second step was an assignment, in which you had an hour to create a deck for a particular scenario. I didn’t receive a third interview, which was with the ED and the reporting manager,
