Peak Employment Solutions interview questions

I submitted a resume to a job posted onlline. I received a call from Peak Employment Solutions within a couple of days to scheduled an interview. The recruiter, Ashley Williams, asked me about my education, past work history, and what I was looking for. She then briefed me on the open position. She hired me on the spot and I filled out my paperwork, followed be my drug screening. I started work the next day.

Was a pretty easy interview, they were really easy to talk to. Asked the standard questions about background and Non-Compete agreements. Showed up on time, and professionally dressed in a suit and tie, the interview lasted over an hour, didn't really follow the 80/20 rule, a lot of that was my fault.
