Talk through a project you’ve worked on, highlighting technical details and value/purpose of the solution. Step one is more casual before the second round where you present (still pretty casual). There’s a final round where you meet a member of the exec team too.

The interview process is the best I have been a part of. Every stage left me feeling energised. The process was very well structured and organised and I felt as though I was given a good opportunity to put myself across.
