Proceed with caution! I was in the process for more than 20 days, made it to several rounds and client meetings, just to end up not receiving an offer after references check.
Not sure why they would ask for references, but all seems suspicious or they are just wasting their time and have an internal hectic environment.

Interview
The hiring process begins with a screening interview with a recruiter. If you're successful in that stage, you'll move on to a second interview with the hiring manager.
During the interview with the hiring manager, reference checks are an important part of the evaluation process. Question 1
During the screening interview, the conversation is pretty straightforward. They'll ask about your background, work experience, and why you're interested in the role. They'll also review the job details with you to make sure you're comfortable with the schedule, pay, and other terms and conditions.
The interview with the hiring manager is more conversational and goes deeper into your previous experience. For each of your past jobs, you can expect questions like:
How would you rate your performance on a scale of 1 to 10?
What was your biggest accomplishment in that role?
What was the most challenging moment or mistake you faced, and how did you handle it?
If I called your former manager today, what do you think they would say about you?
What's the biggest lesson you took away from that job?
Very slow to respond and hardly any movement at all once you pass the interviews. They don't reply to emails but once they need you, they take minutes to respond. They sent a questionnaire to 4 of my references, which they kindly answered. I was told they were pretty long questionnaires - but it all ended with Pearl Talent not giving any updates after the client interview. I mostly hate that they wasted my references' time. I don't doubt that these references are used for marketing their own services.
