Straight forward yet disappointing as no feedback or straight answer. My email asking for feedback was ignored which is rather passive-aggressive and quite common nowadays. My first impression of this company was positive but that evaporated with the inaction and lack of respect shown.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Pearlfinders (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had two interviews, one with Anthony Cooper and the second with Mike Thorne. I was mainly asked about my CV, experience and goals. Both Anthony and Mike were very welcoming, enthusiastic about the company and genuinely interested in what motivates me and why I was applying for this role. The office and people were great which made it a pretty enjoyable experience as far as interviews go!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pearlfinders (London, England) in Jan 2018
