Interview
After the shortlisting had two rounds of written tests - followed by 4 rounds of interview with various people within the organisation and also with people from grant organisation. I enjoyed the written tests and could see that the job is aligned with my experience and therefore fitted well HR person has been very cooperative and has been in touch throughout to make sure that there is no communication gap

The interview process involved multiple interactions and numerous questions, Most of the questions were with respect to my forthcoming responsibility and subject concerning it . its challenging to highlight just a few. One notable question asked was how I would manage my relocation from my current geography to Delhi.

Positive experience overall. The process took 3 weeks and included T-test, Written Assignment and 6 interviews with members of the management and senior leadership team. The emphasis was on understanding the depth and variety of past experience, individual personality and leadership style, motivation to apply for this role and assess organization fit.
