Interview
Went in, asked about previous experience, teetered between calling me back and hiring me on the spot, hired my on the spot. I sat in the back room. They then gave me thorough training, while other new-hires after that were just thrown in there. So yeah that was that. Not much else to say.

Interview
I apply for the job online at Peet's main website. 2-3 days later, I got e-mail invite for interview. The interview was casual at the Peet's store. Even though, everything was casual you should dress and act like you care. I did wear business casual with a blazer for an interview. You get the free drinks during an interview session. After everything done, don't forget to send the thank you e-mail. The manager will send you the email 2-3 days later to informed you the result.

I applied on a craigslist post. The company got back to me and I had an interview at one of the locations. They offered me any drink I would like which was nice.
