I applied through the website and was contacted by an HR rep about a week and a half later to set up an interview. I met with the IT Director, one of their system administrators, and I would have met with a third-party consultant if he had been available that day. The interview consisted of straightforward technical and non-technical questions. For one question I was asked to draw a diagram of a network scenario that they described. The interviewers were friendly and I felt comfortable during the interview, even if I didn't know the answer to a question. About a week after the interview I was contacted with an offer, which I declined based on the salary and other factors.
