I think it's extensive, especially for the design test, I understand we got to know what we are dealing with, nevertheless, we are applying for Project Manager position, not a Designer position, is a little unfair test due to some of the competitors could have worked before as designer while some other could have the experience as PM only, and that not necessarily means they don´t know how to do the job. The subsequent question that comes after that design test to try your customer service skills is just extenuating, honestly is long, and it does not prove anything because everything is hypothetical. You answer those questions with the limited knowledge you have about how they handle these situations inside of the company. I did not like this process, as I said before I think is way too extensive.
