- Was called in for a in-person 4 hours interview.
- I met a lady, after a quick briefing gave me a SAT-style English and Mathematics questions, and told me to answer as many questions within 15 minutes.
- Then came the CEO with a stopwatch and 8-deck of cards. After introducing himself and giving a brief introduction of the company he handed me the 8-deck of cards and ordered me to arrange them in ascending order. upon completing the game I was asked how much time did I spend, additionally asked what I might have done differently to improve my timing.
- Next came co-CEO, asked some personal background and behavioral questions and shared the company's benefits and work policies.
- Then came the Technical Director and he explained the tools used in the company and talked about acquisitions.
- Finally, another gentleman and lady came and asked about my day to day activity at my current employer and discussed more about the organizational structure.
