Intrusive and Interrogating. I was interviewed by a very "rough around the edges" HR person. She did not give me the opportunity to sell myself nor to express my level of interest in social services. She was condescending and rude. I told her that I was no longer interested in the position

Simple with no hard hitting questions. The job description needs to be extremely more detailed. Job offer was made not long after interview was completed so it was nice not wondering for too long.
