My interview experience with PeopleSERVE was great. I first spoke with Erik who gave me everything I needed to know about PeopleSERVE (and more). He really took the time to get to know me as a person and understand not just my career goals, but also me as a person. I was then introduced to Michelle who I was impressed with immediately. Her level of detail and her passion for creating a process for PPS's clients and consultants was a breath of fresh air. Overall the interview process was extremely informative- I was even able to sit in on a req meeting which allowed me to see a quick snap shot of what it is like to work at PeopleSERVE.
