I applied online after they posted an ad in the SEAONC Newsletter. I played phone tag for several days after the Owner of the firm left me a voice mail message. The Owner was very condescending. The Owner kept telling me he used a blacklist to determine which candidates he would not hire. He told me to get out of engineering. The entire interview was a personal attack on me instead of discussing my qualifications. The Owner was upset because he claimed Glassdoor made the firm out to be a bad firm to work for. The Owner did not ask me any questions about my experience whatsoever. People show run away from this firm as soon as possible.

Interview
Interview process consisted of an hour long phone interview. Then there was an in-person interview where to owner stated he would rather hire people with no experience than people with experience even though he advertised he wanted these people. Talk about your false advertising. The people I was supposed to interview with never even participated in the interview but were playing foosball instead during my interview time. The #2 guy (with only a Bachelor's Degree) in the firm screamed at me during the interview and told me that he would not hire me because he was afraid I would steal his clients from him. Talk about being insecure! Then the owner asked me to write an essay about the ideal position. The company was very unprofessional because they never got back to me at all. I have been waiting since June 2012 and did not hear back from them. If this is how they treat potential employees, I would hate to see how they treat their clients.
