I applied online. I interviewed at Pepperjam (Wilkes-Barre, PA) in Mar 2020
Interview
I applied online and was contacted shortly after. The screening call seemed to go well. They said they would follow up, however a month went by until I had heard from them again after I had reached out to see if they were still interested. I was then led through a series of 4 interviews over the course of 2 months where it seemed like I was just being passed around and asked the same questions over and over. It felt like I was being led on. By the 6th "conversation", they decided not to proceed but would keep my resume in the pipeline. I just wish there was more transparency and value of my time.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pepperjam
Interview
Recruiter called me for an introductory 30 minute talk. Pretty relaxed conversations and easy/traditional questions. Told me about the company and the position. Asked when I could start and how soon I would relocate and if I could start within 2 weeks notice.
