Question 1
Instrument Experience and simple Troubleshooting questions
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PeproTech (London, England) in Jul 2018
Interview
Very Generic and they don't tell you there are multiple stages. Two interviews that were essentially the same thing, Pointless, stock questions that were incredibly subjective. This was especially annoying as I had to travel a long way to get to the site with no compensation. The worst was that they had obviously already picked someone and for some reason started stalling me for a few days with literally no explanation until the other candidate presumably accepted their offer. I don't know if this is common practice from employers but the wait is already tiring enough without this tactic. They also changed the interview date on me twice although I was given a weeks notice I had already paid for more tickets.
My advice to people is ask how many stages there are in the interview process. They will drag you in over and over for seemingly no reason.

Question 1
What would your current manager tell me about you?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PeproTech (Hammersmith, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
So, initially the interview was a phone interview followed by face to face but it was lengthened to four stage interview process. The HR lady was really nice on the phone and was keen to get me in ASAP for an interview. I then saw the potential line manager who asked me very generic questions. I passed the first stage of the interview I then came in another two separate occasions to see others in more senior position who again asked me the exact same set of question however on one of the occasion I was required to do some activities in Excel and Word. They made me come in on the fourth occasion as they felt they didn't see my personality enough and then went back to my agency and said that they felt that I was not able to build relationships with sales - Even though my current job role requires me to work closely with sales and the new role I am going into that also is working with sales. In Summary, the process was really lengthened without any reason and was completely unnecessary as the additional stages didn't add any more value to the process. Towards the middle of the process, I got very frustrated. I wouldn't waste your time to even go for any roles here.

Question 1
Explain what you currently do in your current job role?
What do you know about PeproTech?
*** I was told there was going to be competency based question***
There was not even a single competency based question in the whole process and I worked so hard for this interview.
The last person in the interview and reject for a stupid obnoxious reason just goes to show they have no idea what questions to ask and what they are doing and they are being very particular.
