I applied on Monday online with an employee referral. They emailed me Tuesday with a questionnaire, I completed some basic questions and emailed it back to them that same day. They emailed me that night and setup an interview on site on Thursday afternoon. The interview went very well. The next Wednesday I received an offer. After negotiations I accepted the offer Thursday.
