I applied online and the recruiter responded, asking me to answer a few basic questions (via email). I then had a panel interview with 3 people (hiring manager and 2 people on the teaam). Although I figured I didn't get the job during the interview, I appreciate how straightforward the interview was. I was notified that I did not get the job. The process was not long and drawn out at all!
