      Email Marketing Manager Interview

      Mar 29, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Pergolux in Mar 2024

      Interview

My experience with the interview process at Pergolux was extensive, comprising four rounds of interviews spanning various departments. However, the process lasted approximately 45 days, which seemed excessively long and somewhat inefficient. Each interview round, from HR to the CEO, presented its own challenges. While I appreciated the opportunity to engage with different stakeholders within the company, there were aspects of the process that left me feeling uncertain and frustrated. One notable concern arose during the interview with the CEO. Their questioning regarding the necessity of the position and the relevance of language skills, particularly German, seemed contradictory to the initial job description provided. Clarity regarding language requirements and job expectations would have been appreciated from the outset. Overall, while I maintained interest in the position, the lack of consistency and clarity throughout the interview process made it difficult to fully invest in the opportunity. I believe streamlining the process, providing clearer communication, and aligning interview questions with job requirements could significantly enhance the candidate experience. I can not recommend the current interview process based on my experience.
