Interview
It was a smooth and relatively quick process. It was made very clear to me how long I would wait between each stage which really helped. It was difficult but you would expect that.
Strung along interviews for 3 weeks. Sent an offer and then ghosted to a few days, then took back offer and gave it to another candidate. For how thorough the whole process was, they were incredibly unprofessional at the end.

Interview
First you do skype interview, then they invite you to office in Barcelona. To do roleplay and sell servise and English writing test, they give you picture to describe. Company is too arrogant, to much abitions.

Role play is important, but even if you do it right, not sure you will be chosen.
