Training day where they teach the system they used, over the space of around 6 hours, hire you at the end of the day, nearly impossible to get rejected, no interview was carried out only demonstrating ability to use the system.

nice guy interviewed me over the telephone and then invited me to a interview day which was with other people. not everyone got the job as you had to be able to use the cati system which some people couldn't get to grips with
