Demetrius was very professional and provided clear communication, and through process. Kind, and well spoken. I appreciated talking to the owner and could hear his passion for the business. I thought I would be a great fit for the role but decided to pursue other candidates he believed matched the needs more closely.

I walked into the zoom interview for the ATLANTA locations and I was hopeful but left feeling disrespected and undervalued. From the start, the energy was off — constant microaggressions and dismissive attitudes, especially around my qualifications and background. It felt like I was being judged through a lens of bias rather than my skills or experience. Repeated questions like “Why the wellness part?” and “Have you even visited the sauna?” weren’t just curious — they felt like subtle digs meant to undermine me. The lack of warmth, nodding, or encouragement made it clear I wasn’t really being considered. When I had to hang up due to frustration and the toxic vibe, their reaction showed they weren’t expecting me to take control of my dignity. If you value respect, diversity, and a genuinely inclusive environment, this is NOT the place. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
