Fast replies at first and an easy phone interview. Questions about availability, past experience, and reasons for wanting to work at Pet Palace. I was invited in for a working interview immediately, but with no details about who I was to meet or what to do. I come in and the receptionist seems confused and puts me with the first person that walks in for their shift. She starts to show me around and the interview goes very well, she says she’ll absolutely recommend me and that it seems like I already work here. I ask what to do after the interview(should I see the boss) and she tells me I just leave and they will contact me. There was no communication from management about the aspects of their working interview. I leave and receive no communication for 3 days, so I email them myself and wait another 4 days for a response, to which they reply that they need someone with better availability(I was only available for one of the two shifts they had) even though I was asked in the phone interview my availability. I emailed them about my compensation for labor and STILL haven’t received a response.
