Petersen Automotive Museum interview questions

I met all of the skills required for the position, so I applied for the job of Membership Manager with the Petersen Automotive Museum on July 19th, 2018. I received an invitation for an in-person interview for Friday, August 31st. Although it wasn’t required, I prepared a two-page presentation for the intervener’s review. The woman who interviewed me was Development Director and was very pleasant but didn’t have any specific questions for me. The interview lasted about forty-five minutes, and she told me I would be contacted in two weeks to let me know if I would be invited back for a second interview. I asked her for her card, but she declined to give me one. The same day as the interview, I sent her a thank you email, thanking for her time and consideration. After two weeks I did not hear back, so on September 11th, I sent a follow-up email letting her know that I was still very much interested in the position. I didn’t receive a response, so a week later, I left her a message on her voicemail. I still have not received a response. I know it is common for organizations to ghost job candidates but that doesn’t make it any more acceptable. I would think that an organization such as the Petersen Automotive Museum would have the professional courtesy to let a job candidate know they have decided not to go any further with their application and thank them for their interest and their time. I find it unprofessional and well as downright rude.
