I also had a bad experience. I received an email almost two weeks after applying. They said I was “short listed” and basically asked me to do an interview via questions in an email. I replied within two hours and was ghosted, never heard back, not even a rejection email. I now know that this is a sketchy company that is basically trying to steal applicant’s ideas for their brand new company.

Interview
They sent me a few questions about the app, which I find reasonable. I answer them and after a few days I had an interview with an HR lady. After that I got the job.
