Lots of people included, but no real direction to the decision making process. By the the argue amongst themselves and borrow down the top candidates, they have generally already accepted other offers.
Easy contract to hire within month. So interview wasn't bad. They depend on the probation period to weed folks out. Met with immediate supervisor Nothing much to say. Just need 30 words
