The interview process was good. Not much wasted time with pointless take homes. From start to offer tool around 3 weeks which is always a good thing. Three different interviews with the management team.

Interviews include conversations with internal reps at varying levels. Key thing is displaying general understanding of company and demonstrating project management experience. Open to non-Salesforce experienced candidates however need to show keen willingness to learn.
