The Recruiter found me over LinkedIn and scheduled a phone interview. This went well and established I met the general requirements. That was followed by Zoom interview with the hiring manager from the company. The interview itself was mostly centered around specific questions/advice the hiring manager wanted help with. There was very little interest in my experience/skills. At one point the hiring manager revealed they had hired an agency to do the primary responsibilities of the role which made me question the entire point of the interview.
