I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pharmaessentia in Jun 2024
Interview
I applied online. The recruiter reached out to me and set up 2 calls, one with her and one with the HR director. On the day of the calls, she canceled the one with the HR director at the last minute and during our call, she confirmed she would set up a call again with the HR director the following week. I never heard from her again, despite 3 emails asking for an update. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism, this does not reflect well on the company and the candidate experience.

Interview
I was really impressed with the structure and flow of the interview process. I had an opportunity to meet various employees that I would be working directly with and provided clear answers to any questions or concerns I had during the interview process. The recruiter at the time was very friendly and I felt comfortable throughout that entire interview process.
Overall, it felt like a well-organized and respectful process that reflects the company’s commitment to both candidates and their teams.
