Extremely long process that entails interviews with different team members.
-HR Screening (30 min)
-Hiring Manager Screening (45-60 min)
-Panel Interview (5 one-hour interviews with QA, Analytics, Sourcing and Planing team members)
Overall, you are putting over 6 hours of your personal time into this process, if you make it to the panel interviews.
After all of this, they will most likely tell you they decided to move forward with someone who was more qualified, with more experience and cheaper than you. The last part is really hard to believe when their salary range is in the low end for this kind of position.
More interesting, they repost the position again 2 weeks later, they play the same game, and you see the position again a month or something later.... it’s like they have nothing else to do but wasting candidates time as well as their internal team members.
