The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Phenom in Nov 2021
Interview
Great conversations in all of my 3 interviews (including one peer interview I asked for).
I felt like it was an honest, open atmosphere, giving both sides a chance to get to know one another.
I decided to go a different way, but have a very positive image of Phenom, would recommend the company, and consider them if I am ever on the market again.
This is how an interview process should be run!
Interviewed by Directors of the process and also a separate round of interview to test your cultural fit. The questions were relative to the role. Not very had but situation based

Interview
Video call. 30 min. Recruiter was prepared and great to interview with. Explained steps, expectations and left me feeling like I nailed the interview. The hiring manager declined to meet with me and the interview process went no further. Reached out for clarification and feedback but got the usual response.

Interview
I was invited to participate in an initial phone screening with Phenom. After researching the company and learning about their work in talent experience and hiring technology, I was genuinely excited about the opportunity and the interview process.
The representative who conducted the screening was pleasant and professional, although the conversation felt very fast-paced. The interviewer spoke quickly, which made the interaction feel somewhat rushed and created the sense that there was a large amount of material to cover in a short time.
What surprised me most was the lack of follow-up communication after the screening. Given that Phenom specializes in candidate experience and automated hiring workflows, I expected at minimum a confirmation, update, or rejection notification following the interview. I have interviewed with other companies that use Phenom’s platform and experienced structured, automated follow-up communication, which made the absence of communication in this case particularly unexpected.
As a company focused on improving the hiring experience for its clients, I had hoped to see that same level of consistency reflected in their own recruiting process.
