I've had two interviews, and the experiences were vastly different. During the first interview, the interviewer was very friendly and showed a keen interest in learning about me. However, the second interview was quite unpleasant. The interviewer was 45 minutes late to the call, and after waiting for such a long time, we had to reschedule the interview. During the rescheduled interview, the interviewer was quiet rude, appeared disinterested, and kept looking around. He seemed to be in a rush to get it over with. He even attempted to intimidate me by telling me that as a new recruit, I should not expect the company to be accommodating, wether that be sick days, remote work, working hours (7.30am-5pm), or living outside of Barnet. Keep in mind that I had already gone into the interview with these criteria in mind and was willing to comply with them, as I had explained several times during the previous interviews.

The process is structured and there are three stages. These include an in-person interview in Phi's office. The questions are straightforward, assessing your understanding of the company and motivations. The team also focus on your personal aspirations and growth ambitions.
