Trial shift after interview , very friendly and casual and really enjoyed the lady interviewing me , got a trial shift straight after in which they showed me the bar the pass and the floor

Walked in asking for a job and was immediately offered a 1 hour trial shift. No interview took place despite having no prior experience. Didn't even ask for my CV.
