You need to finish a 3 hours written test, and then, finish a face to face interview. It requires a lot of patience. HR is not very friendly, but the manager looks like a good person.

Good experience, the job is challenging bur rewarding, but have to meet and conquer challenges. Liaise with commentators, and reporters. The interview last for over 30 minutes and you have work shift duty.
