First phone interview was informal to talk over resume and prior job experiences. Face to face interview was with a group of team members to gage overall personality and problem solving acumen.

Over the phone then in person. Typical interview asked about background, mechanical etc. Very standard interview and process. No surprises first day on the job interviewer did a good job describing the role and my responsibilities.

Interview
Applied online and was contacted quickly (about two or three days) and scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview involved briefly going through my resume and a brief job description. In-person interview involved a more in-depth review of my resume and several behavioral and situational questions, no technical/engineering questions, followed by a tour of the facilities.
