I declined the offer because they offered a lower salary compared to what they told me in the beginning of the process (even though they said I did great and they want to work with me very much). When I declined they were willing to increase it a bit but I turned them down.

Interview
I had an HR interview and a technical interview. A big plus is that they are transparent about the salary range for the position. (which is very low, but they try to compensate by advertising less working hours) During the technical interview they are asking weird form like questions which could have been answered offline...
