I didn’t like way of approach to the candidate from the interviewer, It seems like he doesn’t want to know candidate skills and ability and I didn’t get any professional approach. I believe interviewer should treat like a friendly manner to your candidate even if you are going to hire or not, so candidate can perform well as much as he can possible

Question 1
what is virtualization?
what are performance optimizations techniques?
2 rounds of interview.
First was a technical decision - Basic questions on HTML, CSS, JS, React JS, Redux
Second round was Hacker rank test - Java script, HTML,CSS
Third was HR Round.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Photon (Chennai) in Dec 2019

It was an nice experience...They asked about the basic questions in particular technology which you are applying for...And the end of the interview process,panel member discussed about the what is the right answer for the questions which i have said wrong...And hr is quite polite..
