I was called and we did a short phone interview, at the end we set up a date for a live interview. I thought "Photos Unlimited sounds like a really cool job!" Until they said it was located inside of Wal-Mart and I was a pride-filled young adult. I still went, the interviewer not only asked questions about my ability to who the job but also about personality - which is important as a photographer.

It was easy one o one interview. Professional and clean to the point, short. It is an informal environment. People I meet were sweet to talk, make you feel comfortable.
