Four rounds of interviews. You are expected to fly out to Kansas City for one of them. They will reimburse you, but if you're not willing to fly, then don't interview with them.
First you get asked to submit a video of yourself which was fine, very straightforward. I immediately got asked to do a call with a recruiter and while they were very kind, I just didn't get a great impression of the company. Very scripted interview and a lot of general information being told to you. They care a lot about what you know about the company rather than the skills you have to succeed or past experience.

Question 1
Tell me what you know about phreesia What does phreesia do
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Phreesia (New York, NY) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was reached out to via LinkedIn about this job opening. I had an initial phone call with a talent coordinator for the company describing the company, the position as well as asking me what I was looking for. She made the process so stress for me, always remaining in contact with me about next steps and what was required of me. She was always available to address any questions or concerns. I had a phone interview, an assignment and then a final round in person interview as well. Each step I felt very supported and prepared. Everyone was very transparent about what the company stands for and what I would be doing. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed during an interview process. It is definitely a lot of steps so be prepared for that but it is definitely worth it because by the end you feel so confident on whether this job is the right fit for you.
